The Friends’ Society of the Roseraie du Val-de-Marne is organising a special “Plant Sale” day on 7 November 2015 especially for its members.
Pruning non remontant roses on pergolas.
Winter is almost upon us and it is high time you took care of your non-remontant roses ! That’s why Stéphane Barth, head gardener at the Roseraie, looks forward to welcoming you on Saturday 7 November from 9.30 a.m. to share all his handy tips with you : how to prune roses as well as how to clean up remontant varieties before the temperatures plummet...
At 12.30 p.m., there will still be time to ask a few friendly questions around a picnic.
Last but not least, the Society’s members can exchange their plants from 2 p.m. at a plant sale held at the Roseraie. The plants should preferably have already been potted for at least three weeks…
All kinds of plants welcome !
